Culinary Series

  • This culinary course is part of a four-course series. Each series is five weeks in length.

    Students who complete the four-part series are eligible for the following nationally accredited professional culinary certifications:

    Certified Kitchen Cook (CKC)

    ServSafe® Food Handler Certification

    Certified Fundamentals Pastry Cook™ (CFPC™)

    Students who complete the entire series will be offered internship opportunities.

    Students not seeking professional certification may enroll in a stand-alone course.

  • Each course set is $250. The total for all 4-courses is $1,000. All materials are included in this cost.

  • Need-based scholarships are available to all eligible applicants. All program applicants will be allowed to indicate their need for financial aide during the application process.
